Hello and thank you for your enquiry.  Do check with your shipper on the details such as vaccinations, these are usually very critical due to the gaps there must be between boosters etc.  If this is wrong or out of date it can slow down the whole process.  For this region I would also suggest you only export during the winter months ( October - February) this will help your horse accilimatise.  Even if you are coming from a hot country do not underestimate our humidity as well as heat - we keep our horses in air conditioned barns from April to September.  If you have anymore specific questions do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.

What are your shop opening hours and do you only have one branch in the UAE ?

We are open every day except Friday from 0830 - 1300 and 1600 - 1900 (if you wish to come at any other time do call us to arrange an appointment on 04 3363610) We are opening a second shop at Desert Palm Riding Centre and Resort on the Hatta Road - we will announce its opening on the site here, but it is scheduled for September 2009.
